At UGotGame? we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform. Our platform is proud to fully comply with Google Play Store’s Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) policy. While our dating app is strictly for adult users, we recognize our ethical and legal responsibility to ensure that our services are not used to exploit or harm minors in any way.

Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAE

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any images, videos, or other content that involves or depicts the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly forbidden.

  • Predatory Behaviour: Any attempt to engage with minors for inappropriate or exploitative purposes is actively blocked and reported.

  • Inappropriate Content Involving Minors: We do not allow any form of suggestive or harmful depictions of children, including drawings or simulated content.

  • Facilitation of CSAE: Our app prohibits any content, links, or behaviour that promotes, distributes, or enables access to CSAM or CSAE.

Measures for Compliance

To ensure full compliance with child safety regulations and industry standards, we implement the following safeguards:

Content Moderation and Monitoring

We use a combination of automated tools and human moderators to detect, flag, and remove prohibited content.

In-App User Reporting Tools

Users can report inappropriate behavior or content directly within the app via our support form or in-app feedback feature. Reports are prioritized and reviewed by our safety team without delay.

Strict Age-Gating and Verification

UGotGame? is for adults only. We enforce robust age-gating measures and do not permit individuals under the age of 18 to create accounts or interact on the platform.

Collaboration with Canadian Authorities

We will work in full cooperation with Canadian law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to report violations involving CSAE. This includes coordination with:

  • Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) – Particularly the National Child Exploitation Crime Centre (NCECC), which investigates CSAM-related offences.

  • Provincial and local police services where applicable.

We report any confirmed or suspected cases of CSAM in accordance with Canadian law, including the Mandatory Reporting Requirements under Section 163.1 of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Policy Updates and Staff Training

Our internal policies are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect current best practices and legal requirements. Staff are trained on identifying and responding to CSAE concerns.

Enforcement and Consequences

Any violations of our CSAE policy result in immediate action, which may include:

  • Permanent removal of offending content

  • Immediate suspension or termination of user accounts

  • Reporting the incident to appropriate legal authorities

  • Legal action as warranted by jurisdictional law
